Fairly clean hip new hotel. The venue itself was in a shopping area, close enough to the subway and train station and Brooklyn.

prime location close to a subway station, staff courteous. the bed was comfy, and the room was spotless, i liked it. the beach was wonderful. the pool bar was great with some outstanding food. very enjoyable stay overall.
